Ribbon Dolls

So Much Fun!!!
I am part of a group called

Trading ATC and Art/Craft supplies

and we did a "Ribbon Doll" swap. I had never heard of them before
but once I started making them, I was hooked.

Another swap I was recently involved with is "Scripture Sticks".
Didn't know what those were either but put my thoughts together and this is what I came up with

Not a swap but something close to my heart!
Awhile back, I made some thank you cards for Banner University Hospital in Phoenix
where my son, Brian spent 45+ days in ICU battling for his life.
Well, recently, I have had a desire to send another batch of "Thank You's" to them
as they continue to battle the visus that is playing havoc with us.
The medical staff at Banner are awesome and I just want them to know how much
we appreciate them and what they do.  That goes for all the nurses, doc's and others
who put in long hard hours always to help others.  I have two nurses in my family and
I can never express my graditude to them!
So here is what I am making and sending this time. They are "Thank You Hearts" that
have a paperclip on the back to be attached to whatever.
The folded hearts came from Gi Kerr on YouTube

WEDNESDAY CARD GROUP PROJECTS
These boxes we made will organize our labels that we stamp and punch out.
We can insert the labels to have already made up and ready to use on the next project.
I got the idea from Liz thepaperproject on YouTube
Currently, I am working on my Junk Journals so pictures soon to come.

IT'S LONG BUT GOOD!

It's overcast this morning with potential rain and that we need desperately!!!!
In Arizona, overcast and rain are much welcomed.

I've been busy making some cards for Wednesday gathering and had to get some
birthday cards out for our twin grandsons.

Recently, I have joined some online Junk Journal/art groups who do swaps.
These swaps are soooo much fun.
Here are some of them that I am the receipient of.

#1 Altered Puzzle Piece from IN
This is my goodies
and this is what I sent (not all showing)

#2 "Caged" Altered Bingo Card
I sent these to my new friend in PA

#3 Textiles
My package went to MI
And this is what was sent to me

#4 Denim Swap
Some of the items I made and sent to a friend in AZ

And this is what I was blessed with

#5 Scripture Bookmarker
My bookmarkers went to MI

And I opened my mail and got these

I have signed up for more Swaps and can't wait to start them.

I'm squeezing in some Bible Journaling and art that I tend to
do at the end of my day when things are quiet.

But I need to end this long post for now.
More will be coming!
